The Lanyard Jacket is made a 88% cotton and 12% nylon composite making it a light 6.75 ounces and offers greater range of motion without sacrificing protection. It has a fire resistant quilt lining and Modacrylic batting for increased fire resistance. Although it is lighter, it has back welt opening for protection in case of falls. It is also equipped with 6 flap-covered pockets, including 2 fire resistant inside flaps more volatile materials. It also has Nomex rib-knit storm cuffs in the inner sleeves for better protection of the upper extremities. The cuffs also cinch easily for better comfort even using lineman gloves.
